· Erin was a 2 month effort thanks to a Notting Hill customer who brought back his story of ’s own Bewley’s coffee. Tom loved the coffee, so he helped me mimic the Bewley Blend.
· Term: Blend – A mix of 2 or more non flavored coffees, to create or enhance a specific taste, body, caffeine or acidity level. Beware of Kona and Jamaican Blends and “Styles” that claim those high priced names. They may have as little as 3% true Kona or Jamaican in that blend.
